Our Training Curriculum at Smart Ninja Club

At Smart Ninja Club, we believe the best programs help children grow strong in body, mind, and character—at a pace that feels safe, supportive, and fun.

Martial Arts Curriculum for Kids

Our martial arts curriculum is carefully designed for young children by blending positive training methods from Kendo, Taekwondo, and Basic Athletics. This unique combination allows us to build coordination, focus, discipline, and confidence while minimizing the risk of injury.

We understand that kids have to be kids. That’s why our training emphasizes:

  • Gradual development rather than sudden, stressful changes

  • Age-appropriate movements and conditioning

  • Positive reinforcement and encouragement

  • A balance of structure and fun

While we are never overly strict, clear rules are gently enforced to ensure both physical and emotional safety. Through this approach, students naturally learn respect, discipline, and self-control—skills that extend far beyond the training floor.

Book Club & Reading Sessions

Our program also includes a fun and engaging book club designed to strengthen reading skills and critical thinking.

  • Books are carefully selected and assigned by age group

  • Students read together with peers at a similar level

  • Short, guided discussion sessions help children:

    • Understand what they’ve read

    • Practice communication skills

    • Build confidence in sharing ideas

By combining martial arts training and reading, Smart Ninja Club offers a well-rounded program that supports physical fitness, mental focus, and character development.

At Smart Ninja Club, we’re not just training martial artists—we’re helping raise confident, respectful, and curious young ninjas.
